Who Are We?

We are a people-focused HR consultancy that helps client-facing organizations develop and motivate their employees to achieve outstanding business results. Rather than focusing on the “what”, we focus on the “how”- working with organizations to help them drive motivation and discretionary effort in their employees through our pragmatic and inclusive HR programs and customizable approach.


I started my career in HR 18 years ago, spending the majority of my time in retail- several years working for Toys R Us and Bloomingdales, leading HR operations for high volume markets and dynamic employee populations. I was then recruited by Levi Strauss & Co., and held several roles of increasing global HR leadership. I moved on to CHANEL to lead HR for the Fragrance & Beauty division for several years.

I then had the opportunity to broaden my experience and lead HR for North America for hospitality group, Soho House. And, most recently, I led HR Operations and DEI for a non-profit healthcare network. Through these experiences, my ability to develop and implement effective, pragmatic, and people focused solutions have led me to achieve great success.

I started Pierre People to help leaders solve real business and talent problems they are facing- leveraging the wealth of knowledge I have built through my past experiences, I am thrilled to be working with organizations to achieve incredible results through straight-forward and actionable HR solutions.
