I then had the opportunity to broaden my experience and lead HR for North America for hospitality group, Soho House. And, most recently, I led HR Operations and DEI for a non-profit healthcare network. Through these experiences, my ability to develop and implement effective, pragmatic, and people focused solutions have led me to achieve business success.
